Shipping

We work with a number of vendors in order to provide a wide range of products at the best quality and at a great price. Most items are produced print on demand, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means most items will be shipping from different locations and will incur unique shipping charges. In many instances like items will reflect a discount in the shipping costs due to being produced in the same location.

Return Policy

This also means that returns are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply don’t like the product. We are unable to refund orders for buyer’s remorse after production has begun. We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

If the received product is printed incorrectly, damaged or in a bad quality, please fill out the Problem Report immediately. Please include a link to an image of the product and our team will inspect the errors and have a replacement sent out as soon as possible. At our sole discretion items may be returned to us for exchange, with the buyer covering the cost of return shipping. Once an item has been accepted as returned and in good condition then a replacement will be issued. Please contact us if you wish to exchange an item for a different item of greater or equal value. A restocking fee of 20% of the original retail price excluding any discounts will apply.

Customers must submit a problem report form prior to returning any products. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. We will offer a free replacement or a refund in cases of a damaged product or a manufacturing error. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order you must submit a problem report.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of shipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you have yet to receive it, we are unable to cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.

There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer’s address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch.” We’re not yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers but hope to do so in the future!

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
